Beginning with the Fall 2017 semester, Ithaca College will require all members of the campus community and visitors who frequently come to campus during weekdays (M-F 8AM – 5PM) to verify their state issued accessible hang tag with Parking Services.

The Alternative Fall Break program is a great opportunity for community service, meeting new students, and personal growth. This year’s trips will take place from Wednesday, October 18th after classes end through Saturday, October 21st. Destinations include the Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue as well as The Food Bank of Western NY.

Pink Volleyball Game

All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available 12 hours in advance online at recreation.ithaca.edu as well as at the Fitness Center front desk. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please register early, and plan on arriving a few minutes before the scheduled start time.  For a short walk through of the new online sign up for classes on our website, check out this video! Wednesday night at 10:00pm on PBS, Park School's Nick Sagan is interviewed in the acclaimed Voyager spacecraft documentary The Farthest.  Nick was six years old when his greeting, "Hello from the children of planet Earth" was recorded and placed aboard the Voyager Golden Record as a representation of the English language for potential extraterrestrials to one day discover.  Launched with a selection of terrestrial greetings, sights, sounds and music, the Voyager I and Voyager II spacecraft are now the most distant human-made objects in the universe.
