This course, designated as ICC Mind, Body Spirit – Natural Science or Social Science Perspective, Liberal Arts, discusses the impact of stress on your health and strategies to use stress to your advantage for optimal achievement. Stress: Its Nature and Management - 30056 - HLTH 22700 - 01 is offered from January 9 through January 20th. Apply to be a Participant-Leader for an Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trip in March 2017.  ASB is an application-based program sponsored by the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs (OSEMA) that provides students with service opportunities at one of five sites across the eastern United States.  

A Participant-Leader will be selected to help prepare and lead one of the five ASB trips. Participant-Leaders will be responsible for delivering an orientation session before the trip, organizing the group and leading group reflections throughout, and “bringing it back to campus” after the trip is over.

On November 12, Ithaca College will take on SUNY Cortland in the annual Cortaca Game. This year the game will be at SUNY Cortland.

The Student Activities Board (SAB) and Students Today Alumni Tomorrow (STAT) will be hosting a viewing party in the Campus Center Dining Hall starting at 11:30.

There will be tons of prizes and food like Root beer Floats, Breakfast sandwiches, banana splits. Fried Pickle Chips & Jalapeno Peppers.

Come cheer on Ithaca College, eat exciting foods and win amazing prizes with friends.

Don’t forget to wear your Cortaca T-shirt that you can get during Spirit Week. If you wear this shirt you will receive an extra ticket. No worries if you do not get a shirt please still come on by.
