The theme of Project Generations fourth annual intergenerational prom was  “Fly Me to the Moon.” The event is an opportunity for students and elders from the Ithaca community to engage through dance. It featured music by Frank Sinatra, swing dancing and a live band. “Fly Me to the Moon”was held Thursday, April 7 in Emerson Suites.

IC Comedy Club held a live, improve performance of Star Wars. Members of the IC Comedy Club were the cast of the show, but it also featured surprise guest performances. The student organization performed Back to the Future last semester and decided to continue with the Star Wars hype this semester. Star Wars live was held Sunday, April 3 in Textor 103.

IC Courage hosted their third annual Ithaca’s Got Talent show, which featured singers, dancers and other talents, as well as performances from student organizations like Routine Disturbances, IC Beatbox, IC Swing Dance, and IC Circus. Proceeds from ticket sales went to Camp Good Days and Special Times, a non-for profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, adults and families whose lives have been touched by cancer. Ithaca’s Got Talent was held Wednesday, April 6 in Emerson Suites.

IC Cure for Kids held a volleyball tournament called Bump, Set, Cure to raise money to fight children’s cancer. Teams for 5-6 people could enter the bracket-style tournament for a set fee and all proceeds were given to St. Jude’s Hospital. Bump, Set Cure was held Sunday, April 3 in the Mondo Gym.

Through hard work and collaboration, dreams can truly be achieved--no matter how unfeasable they may seem. IC Autism Awareness is living proof of this fact. After a year-long period of inactivity (throughout the 2014-15 academic year), supporters of Autism Awareness' cause all joined forces to bring the student organization back to life. This past Fall semester, it was officially revived.
