The U-Lot (Campus Center lot) will be serving as reserved parking for events associated with the Board of Trustees Meetings on February 10 and 11, and therefore will be closed for general use.  The lot will re-open for normal usage at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.  Individuals seeking handicapped parking can continue to access U-Lot handicapped spaces by speaking with the lot attendant.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of this lot closure.

 I'm looking for a partner to do mitt work with, and some light sparring, at the fitness center. Mostly boxing, striking, and muay thai. No more than an hour, twice a week. Prefer in the mornings. You should have experience holding and striking pads, and sparring. Contact me at jpfrehm@ithaca.edu

Leni Sargenti, a Health and Physical Education teaching major in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education, is a recipient of the Ruth Abernathy Presidential Scholarship awarded by the Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE America).  This scholarship was developed by past presidents of SHAPE America to honor three outstanding undergraduate and two graduate students in the field of health, physical education, recreation or dance. All scholarships are presented at the SHAPE America National Convention in the spring. 

Come to the library between February 9th to the 14th for a blind date with a book.

Basketball Tournament and FREE FOOD!

The IC Asian American Alliance is working in collaboration with Brothers for Brothers (B4B) to host an intercollegiate basketball tournament, inviting players from Cornell University, Ithaca College, and the greater Ithaca community for fundraising purposes. Players enjoy a 3-on-3 basketball and are provided with food and performances.

Player registration is $5 per person and we will be tabling February 11 to February 17 in Campus Center and the North Foyer with more information regarding the tournament, fundraiser, and registration.

Are you interested in studying abroad? Come learn more about your options at our various info sessions, happening this week and next.

The Know Your Options: Study Abroad Basics sessions will give an overview of all of the study abroad possibilities available to you as an IC student. The London Center sessions will tell you what it is like to spend a summer or semester studying at the ICLC. The Summer Study Abroad sessions will give you an overview of the options available for Summer 2016 through Ithaca College as well as other organizations.  The IES Abroad sessions will provide information about the affiliated programs offered by IES.  The Study Abroad Drop-in Q&A session is a time for you to come with the study abroad questions you need answered.
