Creating a New Meeting Using Scheduling Assistant

When creating a new meeting, Outlook provides a "Scheduling Assistant" that makes finding the right meeting time easy.

In a new meeting window, click on the button labeled "Scheduling Assistant." As you add attendees to your meeting, the scheduling assistant will display your attendees' respective calendars, showing you their free/busy time. Using this calendar view allows you to quickly find a meeting time that fits into everyone's schedule.
