Over the past year, a working group of faculty, staff, and students has been exploring contemplation and mindfulness practices at Ithaca College. In order to gain a sense of how many faculty and staff are teaching courses that include content and guidance related to meditation, mindfulness or contemplation, we are asking faculty to please contact us if this pertains to courses currently taught. Please send the course number and title and a brief description of the mindfulness or meditation content to spirituallife@ithaca.edu. Questions can be directed to Julia Lapp - jlapp@ithaca.edu, Mary Ann Erickson - merickson@ithaca.edu or Hierald Osorto -horsoto@ithaca.edu.

Hi, this survey is for our final project in our Honors Seminar class: Food as Communication. We want to know where you eat in Ithaca and why. This would help us to form a consensus regarding students preferences in the service and quality of food at restaurants. In addition, we can provide your feedback to some of the restaurants in Ithaca! It would be greatly appreciated if you fill out the survey. :)
