After the death of a loved one, it might not be easy talking about your experiences with those around you - especially if you are concerned that doing so will be a bummer for others.  Therefore, a weekly drop in support group (Living with Grief) exists right here on campus to provide you with a place to talk about your experiences.  Consider joining others who have experienced the death of a loved one and understand what it's like being a student and coping with loss.

Living with Grief meets every Thursday at 5:15 (until 6:30ish) in the Health Promotion Resource Room, which is just down the hall from Counseling and Psychological Services.  If you have any questions, feel free to email LeBron Rankins (group facilitator) at lrankins@ithaca.edu.
