Final papers, lab practicals, projects, and studying for finals is enough to make any college student stressed out, but there are ways to help lower stress and finish strong before the winter break. One of the most important measures you can take is to practice good time management skills, including not procrastinating, organizing tasks and commitments, and scheduling study times. Other important habits to remember are to exercise, get adequate sleep, maintain a healthy diet, leave some time in the day to relax, and don't forget to keep a positive attitude.

For more tips on stress and time management, visit the Center for Health Promotion website at: www.ithaca.edu/sacl/healthpromotion/stressanxiety/
