I know that many within the IC community have heard bits and pieces of information regarding our fall 2010 entry class.  I am writing today to provide a more complete picture of undergraduate recruitment statistics and projected freshman enrollment.  It is important to note that many of the enrollment statistics hereafter are projected forward to October 1 and are subject to change depending on the magnitude of our summer melt.

A Special Thank You!

Contributed by Brian McAree on 05/27/10

As the chairperson of the Ithaca College Commencement Committee, I would like to thank each and every IC community member – staff, faculty and students - who played a part in this year’s Commencement. The weather held up, although it looked questionable at times on Sunday morning. The campus and grounds looked beautiful, the ceremonies, programs, and events were well organized and very moving, the food at the receptions was wonderful, the Commencement Eve Concert and fireworks were spectacular, and Sunday’s Ceremony was so memorable for our graduates, their parents, and their guests. The tremendous effort from the entire community does not go unnoticed. Thank you again, enjoy the summer months, and I look forward to working with you again for next year’s 116th Commencement!

Submitted on behalf of Dr. Roger Richardson.
