When? Check your inbox this Sunday, February 28th for an email from the Core Institute. The email will contain the survey link. Why? The survey results will guide the IC Center for Health Promotion's prevention and education efforts. A year of NetFlix is a $160 value! The second place prize is a 6 month subscription, valued at $84. The Core Survey is sponsored by the IC Center for Health Promotion and is voluntary and confidential.
