Due to summer hours, Express Mail pick-up times will differ on Fridays from May 23 through August 8:

Phillips Hall Post Office -- 1:20 p.m.
Office of Admission -- 1:30 p.m.
Alumni Hall -- 1:40 p.m.

Also, the Phillips Hall Post Office will close at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays during the same period (May 23-August 8).

There will be no deliveries on the afternoon of May 21.

To all participants in Commencement:

As we prepare for our 113th Commencement on Sunday, May 18, 2008, I would like to provide you with some information regarding the academic procession. The procession will form at 8:30 a.m. outside in the academic quad if it’s nice weather, or inside the enclosed walkway beginning at Job Hall and extending through the Campus Center if it is raining. Please see below for information on forming the academic procession if Commencement is indoors. The academic procession will begin at 9:15 a.m. and the Commencement ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. All guests will be encouraged to be seated by 9:00 a.m. The procession will be in the order noted below:

The Ithaca College community is invited to the 40th annual Commencement Eve Concert on Saturday, May 17, at 8:30 p.m. in the Ben Light Gymnasium. You are also welcome at the dress rehearsal on Friday, May 16, at 8:30 p.m. -- less traffic and a smaller crowd, but the exact same show.
