An on-campus memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 4, for Cassandra Karpinski, the Ithaca College student who died in February while studying at the London Center. All members of the college community are invited to take part in the service, which will be held at 3:00 p.m. in Muller Chapel. Among those attending the memorial will be members of Karpinski's family.

If you have not already sent your R.S.V.P. to attend the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership ceremony, it’s not too late!

Starting March 5, riders on TCAT routes 11, 12, 60, and 65 will have a new downtown bus stop. These routes will be detoured around the bridge on South Aurora Street, and the bus stop at Aurora Street and the Ithaca Commons will be closed. Riders are asked to please use the stop at Cayuga and State Street.

The Handwerker Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of "Jay Waronker: India’s Synagogues." An opening reception will be held on Thursday, March 1, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., and the work will remain on display until April 7. An illustrated catalog with an essay by Barbara Johnson, associate professor of anthropology and coordinator of Jewish studies, will accompany the exhibition.

The Black History Month talk scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, Feb. 27) at Ithaca College by Robert Westley has been postponed, as Westley has experienced weather-related travel difficulties. Ithaca College will announce the new date for his talk when those arrangements have been finalized.

Relay For Life

RFL is an overnight event designed to spread awareness of cancer prevention, treatments and cures; celebrate survivorship; and raise money for research to find more cures for cancer. There will be musical performances, food, activities, and more all night.
