Every year, Ithaca College's International Club presents the One World Concert, celebrating the different cultures represented at Ithaca College and Cornell through various musical and dancing acts. 

This year, we have a spectacular line-up of performances with some of our favorite acts returning, in addition to some new ones.

Doors open at 6:30 PM and the concert will start at 7 PM this Friday.

Beginning Spring 2019, Ithaca College will pilot a two-year partnership with Cornell’s Prison Education Program (CPEP) to offer three 100- or 200-level Ithaca College courses (spring/summer/fall) at the Elmira Correctional Facility (ECF), an adult male maximum security prison in Elmira, NY.

ICIC 15000 Contemplation: Understanding the Self as Learner

To be integrative, holistic learners, we must learn to listen to our inner voice, and appreciate our unique lived experience for the perspective it brings to bear on how and what we learn. Through the study and practice of different mindfulness exercises, we will build capacity for attention regulation, emotion regulation, cognitive regulation, and compassion. Through weekly journaling students will reflect on how these capacities shape their learning experience and how they know what they know. We end the course with student presentations of their learning and plans for continued use of these new skills for self-knowing and learning. Pass/Fail. 1 credit. No prerequisites. LA. Prerequisites: none

Kehillah was founded in September of 2018 to provide further opportunities for Jewish religious education on campus. The group also seeks to provide a community for students who identify with Conservative Judaism. Additionally, Kehillah sponsors weekly Shabbat services on Fridays in Muller Chapel at 6 PM.

Every bus system is a little different, so riding TCAT for the first  time can be a little intimidating, even for a seasoned rider coming  from another city. You might even be a little nervous about riding the  bus because you are not quite sure how to use the system. This workshop will offer some tips to help you get started and ideas for continuing to use TCAT. All students who register will receive free one-day Zone 2 passes (retail value $4 each) so you can try out the system without spending any money.

Our next Massage Day is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th.

Come support the wrestling team, this Friday (11/2) and Saturday (11/3) as they dedicate their match to Ithaca College Unites for HER, an organization that works to raise money to provide complementary services to those diagnosed with breast cancer in the Ithaca College community!
