These ongoing workspaces are designed for White-identifying students to understand the many layers of systemic racism in order to dismantle them, and to understand their role in this anti-racist work.

The Park Conversation series will provide an opportunity for students to interact with an industry professional in an informal setting that provides for brief remarks focusing on the “career pathway” of the speaker in reflection and advice pushing forward for the next generation of employees. The conversation will offer an opportunity for students to introduce themselves to the speaker and to ask questions. Each session will also allow for one to one breakout sessions at the conclusion of the general forum. Space is limited (5 breakout rooms only), waitlist available.

LOVE LABYRINTH

In support and in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), the Sexual Violence Prevention Committee (SVPC), is hosting "Love Labyrinth" a One Love Workshop revealing how hard it can be to find a way out of an unhealthy relationship. Attendees will see how gaslighting and intimidation tactics can trap a person in a web of confusion and low self-esteem.

Virtual Family Week 2020

Every Fall, Ithaca College crafts events especially for families and supporters of our current students to learn more about IC, explore college through their student's eyes, and to join us in celebrating student's accomplishments. While we typically invite families to join us on campus for a weekend in the fall, due to the implications of a remote semester, we are hosting a virtual, week-long program between Friday, November 6th until Friday, November 13th.
