Parnassus, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and the Praxis server will down beginning at 11:00 PM on Friday, January 19th for maintenance related to a hardware problem. In order to perform the maintenance we need to power down all of the applications on several servers that are connected to the problematic hardware device, as well as power down the servers themselves. The applications related to Parnassus and ECM, along with the Praxis server are all affected. The least amount of downtime would be approximately 2 hours, while a longer downtime is possible if the initial maintenance work does not resolve the problem. Though it is not an emergency situation, we are doing the maintenance now to avoid a potential unplanned outage later.
