The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is a global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, Europe, the Middle East, India, and the United States. The James C. Gaither Junior Fellows Program is designed to provide a substantive work experience for graduating college seniors and 2017 grads who have a serious career interest in the area of international affairs.
