Morgan takes the threat of fraud very seriously and devotes numerous resources towards prevention. There are ongoing attempts by "fraudsters" to takeover accounts with limited cardholder information. As a result of the increase in this type of activity, J.P. Morgan Chase has put in place an authentication process for certain types of high risk requests to a cardholder's commercial card account. The banking industry is moving toward similar methods of authentication to make sure customer service representatives (CSRs) are speaking with the actual cardholder. Read more . . . Shortly thereafter, the college was informed by the NLRB that SEIU Local 200United had decided to withdraw the charge rather than proceed to the formal dismissal decision. Read more . . . The conference is a great opportunity for both new and returning student organization officers and general body members to learn policies and procedures and develop their leadership qualities. However, in order for the conference to be a success we need your help. We are looking for students to present on various topics including, planning events, managing finances and developing leadership skills. If yes, please consider sharing a behind the scenes look into what you do to make your student organization a star by submitting a presentation proposal. The deadline to submit is July 10.
