Patricia Zimmermann, professor of screen studies and codirector of the Finger Lakes Enviornmental Film Festival, and her coauthor, Scott MacDonald, professor of cinema at Hamilton College, published The Flaherty: Decades in the Cause of Independent Cinema (Indiana University Press, 2017).
