Toner Scam Phone Calls

Contributed by Karen Serbonich on 04/18/17

Please be advised of a toner scam that is targeting various individuals and departments on campus.

Such scams may involve receiving a phone call asking for your copier's model and serial number and/or telling you that your toner is low.

Toner is included in the maintenance contracts for all fleet copiers managed by Print Production.  Order toner by calling the toll free number listed on the copier and providing the serial number.  Never pay for or order toner from an outside supplier.

Contact me with questions at 4-5701.
