Scholar in Residence, Honors Program, Raza Rumi will speak and moderate a #ProtectJournalists panel discussion at UN Headquarters on Sept 16, ahead of United Nations General Assembly.
Deception, yearning and vengeance come to the stage as Ithaca College Theatre presents Federico Garcia Lorca’s tragic drama, “Blood Wedding.” Performances will take place in the Clark Theatre in Dillingham Center on Sept. 27, 29 and 30, October 1, 5, 6 7 and 8th at 8 p.m., as well as on Oct. 2 and 8 at 2 p.m.
Dr. Hongwei Guan, Associate Professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education presented two papers at the International Convention on Science, Education and Medicine in Sport (ICSEMIS), held from Aug. 31 to Sept. 4, 2016 in Santos / SP, Brazil under the theme “Saying Yes to Diversity in Sport”.
Women's and Gender Studies, in conjunction with Environmental Sciences and Studies, is sponsoring a lecture by noted environmental activist and distinguished scholar-in-residence at Ithaca College SANDRA STEINGRABER.
