Chair massage is a convenient and soothing way to relax and recharge! The Center for Health Promotion has partnered with A Massage Station of Ithacato bring chair massages to IC students.

The next Massage Day is scheduled for: Tuesday, May 10th from noon to 5pm 

Where? Center For Health Promotion, on the lower level of Hammond Health Center. (Enter the Office of Counseling and Wellness, from the parking lot side of the building).

Cost: $1 per minute (pre-pay via PayPal or credit card )

Turning Technologies has been the centrally supported student response system (a.k.a clickers) for more than 4 years and is used to engage students during class, assess their learning, and for peer instruction.

The vendor will have a representative on campus on Wednesday, May 11th to help current users transition to their newest product, Turning Point Cloud.  In addition there will be an overview session for those interest in both polling with clickers and with the companion mobile app, Responseware™.

Digital Instruction and Information Services (DIIS) has extended hiring for the Fall 2016! Additional applications for the Lab Consultant and Service Desk Consultant positions will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Professor Barney Beins has been named Historian of the Eastern Psychological Association, the oldest regional psychology association in the country. As part of his work as historian, he will work with the Center for the History of Psychology and the American Psychological Association to archive EPA’s records. In addition, he will be planning EPA’s 125th anniversary celebration.
