Get your student organization together, create a team and help raise money to support local people who are diagnosed with Cancer. Registration is $30 until 10/22. T-shirts are an additional $15. Enrique Gonzalez-Conty presents at the Cine con Cultura Film FestivalContributed by Jonathan Ablard on 10/14/15 After a screening of the Cuban film Conducta for Ithaca's Cine con Cultura Film Festival, Dr. Enrique Gonzalez-Conty, Modern Languages and Literatures, presented on contemporary Cuban cinema and life. Dr. Gonzalez-Conty's is an expert on Latin American cinema. His current book project examines the close relationship between post-revolutionary Cuban Literature and Film and their ties to important Cuban state institutions such as Casa de las Américas and the Cuban Film Institute (ICAIC).
