This presence becomes more natural when we engage in a daily practice. Over the course of this 6 week class, we will learn a Mindfulness Meditation technique and work on designing a daily habit. This 45 min. online class will meet at 6 pm on the following Wednesdays: 03/31, 04/07, 04/14, 04/21, 04/28, 05/05.
