The James B. Pendleton Award for Completion of Cinematic Works is intended to make our strongest projects ready for film festivals by providing funding for the costs of finishing your project. This includes but is not limited to: 16mm film cost, lab processing and telecine, film transfer fees, duplication fees, and festival and conference submission fees.

Assessment Learning Community

The Center for Faculty Excellence seeks to establish an Assessment Learning Community. The ALC will be led by the faculty who participate. The intent of establishing the ALC is to improve how we incorporate evidence of learning into our courses. There is no assumption of prior knowledge or expertise in assessment, thus the ALC is open to all who are interested.

The College will be making its "fifth year" report to our regional accrediting agency (Middle States) in June 2013.  This document reports our progress in all of the areas for which we received Middle States recommendations following the decennial accreditation review of 2008, and also provides information about the College's planning process and assessment activities. IC faculty, students and staff are welcome to review the report in draft form and provide comments and suggestions to the working group charged with preparing a final version.

Pendleton Summer Internship awards are available to academically qualified BS or BFA students in Cinema and Photography (all concentrations) to supplement costs associated with carrying out a departmentally approved credit-bearing summer internship. Award applications will be accepted until May 17th (late applications not accepted). The maximum award amount is $1,000.
