Beginning Monday, January 23 there will be informal meditation in Muller Chapel every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m for the Semester. The sessions are open to all levels, beginners through adepts. Instruction is available.

We live in a world where each day and each hour is consumed with noisy, busy, and sometimes chaotic workers which is not conducive to the spiritual harmony. Those who commute to work face the traffic fuss at every beginning and end of the working day. This is enough to bring us to a boiling point full of frustration and impatience. Meditation can help allow us to reach a place inside of us that can connect us to our issue and thus diminish the effects of this daily struggle for a greater relief of stress. Read more . . .
