Lowry, a junior cinema and photography major, created A London Segment for his Cinema Production II course in the Spring 2011 semester. The film is a visual and sonic exploration of London, England. Shante Snipes ’13 and Brandon McCullough ’12, integrated marketing communications majors, and Justina Kofie ’13, a TV-Radio major, participated in the two-day workshop to learn about opportunities in radio, TV, advertising, and digital media. Representatives from more than 30 major communications companies attended. The students were able to participate in various sessions, network with professionals, and have one-to-one meetings.
