Severe winter weather throughout much of the United States has caused the cancellation of more than 14,000 blood and platelet donations since January 1.
To help make up this deficit, we ask all sponsors to bring in two more donors .All blood types are needed, but type O negative donors can make the difference between an adequate blood supply and a shortage. Please call 1-800-RED CROSS to get an early appointment slot, before all the ealry appointment are gone . You can also stop by the table next week from 9 to 2 in Campus Center to make an appointment, or email Redcross@ithaca.edu to make an apppointment.
