I wish to announce a reorganization that has resulted in the Office of Marketing Communications moving from the Division of Institutional Advancement to the Division of Enrollment Management. (60 words) ITS System Response Time May be Delayed on Saturday, 7/18Contributed by Karen Compton on 07/16/09 Starting at 8:00 am on Saturday, asbestos abatement work is being done in front of the Job Hall data center and switch room, an area which houses many campus servers. Should any of these servers experience problems and require a system administrator to physically access a machine in that area on Saturday, ITS will be unable to respond to the problem until the asbestos work is done, sometime Saturday afternoon. ITS will keep the campus community informed of any unplanned outages through the System Status Line (607-274-3282, option #1) and the System Status Notice on the ITS website, www.ithaca.edu/its/. ITS Helpdesk With over 24 AED locations on campus, there are a lot of people interested in taking the Adult CPR/AED class, and we encourage people to take advantage of it.
