Spit That! and Students Active For Ending Rape presents "Survivor Spoken Mic." This will be a safe space for survivors, allies, and the IC community to speak and listen.

Our goal is to encourage those who have survived any ordeal to share their experiences and words of inspiration to others , as well as encourage allies and anyone who wants to speak out about violence. We hope that this event will bring solidarity on this campus.

We'd love for everyone and anyone to speak! Whether you wing it, say it from heart, read a blurb, poem, slam poetry, or just speak, all is welcome!

The Hammond Health Center website (see below) provides links to important sources of information, including the World Health Organization, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and New York State Department of Health. Please check these resources regularly for the most up-to-date news. The website also contains FAQs about swine flu, including prevention and treatment information.
