The last student driver safety class has been scheduled for the Spring 2007 semester. It will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 from 7:00-9:00 pm in Williams Hall 323.

If you are at least 21 years of age and need to drive College-owned or leased/rented vehicles for a campus department or College activity during the summer or Fall 2007 and have not yet taken the mandatory driver safety class, please attend.

Students should register by visiting the Office of Risk Management in Job Hall, 3rd floor, and to complete a “driver information form,” which is also required. For more information, please visit https://www.ithaca.edu/riskmanagement/memos/driver_safety_class.pdf

Psychologist Mark Frank of the University of Buffalo will deliver a free, public lecture on detection of human deception and hostile intent through the analysis of nonverbal cues.

The talk will take place on Tuesday, April 17 from 12:10 to 12:50 in Textor 102.

Yes, there will be a faculty development institute in May! The focus is Teaching Tomorrow's Students and the open institute is on Monday May 21 and Thursday May 24. Tuesday and Wednesday are limited to faculty who teach in the Ithaca Seminar program AND those who may want to join the program in the future.
