Congratulations to our Ad Lab students on winning Day 2 of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) District Two round of the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC)!

The next step for this talented team is Semifinals where 18 schools from across the country will compete to be one of eight teams to present at Nationals in Hollywood, Florida, at the ADMERICA Conference .

Ad Lab is a senior capstone campaigns course in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) major. The AAF National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) is the premier college advertising competition that provides college students the real-world experience of creating a strategic advertising/marketing/media campaign for a corporate client; this year's client being Wienerschnitzel and the goals are to improve the image of hot dogs and increase overall sales. Students develop a marketing communications plan and then pitch their work to advertising professionals at the district, semifinal and national levels.

Good luck at Semifinals Ad Lab students!
