The Office of Career Services at Ithaca College is proud to be co-sponsoring a FREE monthly Professional Development Series with our Gold Level Partner, Express Employment Professionals. This series is designed to tackle the most common career-related challenges that students and job seekers face. Topics like interview preparation, effective job/internship searches, networking for maximum benefit, and salary negotiation will be presented by experienced professionals and facilitated in an interactive, hands-on format. ALL students and community job seekers are encouraged to attend one workshop or all – choose what best fits your needs. Also, beginning in January, all workshops will also be eligible for Student Leadership Institute credit!!

 All students are welcome to participate in the Kairos V Retreat! Translated as God's time, this retreat is entirely student-led and allows you to pause and reflect during a busy semester on your relationship with God, self and others. This retreat takes place with students from both Ithaca College and Cornell University so it also gives an opportunity to meet new friends from both schools!

 What are you doing for spring break? Think about service! The Catholic Community will be offering a trip to the Romero Center in Camden, N.J. Students will participate in their Urban Challenge program which entails volunteering at places like adult day care, nursing homes, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and more! Students will work in Camden, Pennsauken and Philadelphia.
