(78 words) Ithaca College Dining Services is pleased to announce an expanded partnership with LeanPath, a food waste prevention technology company that enables commercial kitchens to dramatically reduce food waste and operate more sustainable facilities. Ithaca College has used LeanPath since 2015 in some facilities, but starting in 2018 all dining halls will be on-line with LeanPath and will be able to track both pre- and post-consumer waste, including all food scraps and waste headed to compost bins or trash. The expanded partnership with LeanPath is designed to provide the tactics needed to control and reduce food waste. Read more . . .
