Are your campus bulletin boards looming large, empty, and foreboding in the new academic year? Are you an RA, student organization, staff person, or faculty member looking for an easy way to educate about topics surrounding the LGBTQ+ community? Pre-made bulletin board kits are available online, or for pickup outside the LGBT Resource Room on the lower level of the Hammond Health Center!

Three pre-made boards are available: one describing the various flags represented in the LGBTQA+ community, one on the importance of personal pronoun use, and one defining the various letters in the LGBTQA+ acronym. Download and print yours from the LGBT Center website, or pick up a pre-printed set located just outside the Resource Room.

We are so grateful to Residential Life and to Residence Director Sam Guter, who created these in collaboration with the LGBT Center as part of the RD auxiliary assignment program.

If you have suggestions or ideas for future bulletin boards, feel free to email lgbt@ithaca.edu.
