Members of the campus community have expressed concern about recent changes on the federal level that could impact students’ access to contraception – such as allowing religious employers to offer health plans that do not cover contraceptive methods and counseling. Student members of Planned Parenthood Generation Action have emailed and met with officials at the college to express their concerns. Nancy Hirschland Ramage is the Charles A. Dana Professor of the Humanities and Arts emerita at Ithaca College. She is an art historian, and has written and lectured widely in her fields of Greek and Roman art and eighteenth-century neoclassicism. Read more . . .
