The vendor for IC Mail service's tracking system has experienced a massive failure in it's email notification system. 

Students who tracked packages online and saw deliveries to Ithaca College on 9/6, but have not received a pickup notification from us (noreply@sqbx) should have a package available. Please bring your ID to your regular pickup location.

The ongoing surge in package volume to Ithaca College has been severely worsened by extensive delays from USPS and especially UPS. Their combined volumes are arriving 2-4 hours later than normal, resulting in only half of the normal time to process them each day.

At its Sept. 5 meeting, Faculty Council discussed the recently announced decision by the Trump administration to terminate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and the negative effects this will have on hundreds of thousands of families in this country—some of whom are part of the Ithaca College community. In light of this, Faculty Council approved a motion affirming the college’s values as expressed by President Collado in her statement on DACA, and as reflected in the Faculty-Staff-Student Councils’ value statement issued this past April.
