 Two online Ithaca College courses in introductory accounting will be offered this summer. Financial Accounting (ACCT 22500) is available during Summer Session I (May 30 – June 30) and Management Accounting (ACCT 22600) is available during Summer Session II (July 03 – Aug 04).

An online Ithaca College course on Environmental Ethics will be taught during Summer Session I (May 30 – June 30, 2017).  It can be taken from any location whatsoever provided there is access to the internet, and the class structure is designed with the flexibility needed to accommodate students' summer work schedules, whatever those may be.

In an effort to support the increasing growth of conferences and events occurring at Ithaca College during the summer, Parking Services has collaborated with Campus Center and Event Services to create new summer parking restrictions that are more hospitable to the many visitors that are attracted to come to Ithaca College over the summer.  The goal of this change is to create a more welcoming environment for our summer guests who are unfamiliar with our campus.  These changes are feasible given the significant reduction of faculty, staff and students accessing parking facilities on campus during the summer months.

Ever the storyteller at heart, the man who helped bring some of popular culture’s favorite and most critically acclaimed narratives to television shared with the Ithaca College Class of 2017 why he always keeps his metaphorical jackhammer at the ready.

Bill D’Elia, a 1969 graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in television-radio from the Roy H. Park School of Communication, has applied his narrative craft, creative vision and social conscience to such shows as “How To Get Away With Murder,” “Boston Legal,” “Glee,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “The West Wing” and “Northern Exposure” over the past two decades.

The eight-time Emmy Award and four-time Golden Globe nominee delivered the main address at Ithaca College’s 122nd Commencement before 1,360 graduates and their loved ones gathered in Butterfield Stadium.
