The IC Asian American Alliance will be discussing gender within the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community TODAY, February 20, at 8 PM in Friends 207. Following the overwhelming show of support from contingent faculty in last week's vote, the bargaining committee(s) for full and part-time contingent faculty will return to the bargaining table for two scheduled sessions this week. The committee representing part-time faculty will be looking for the administration to move beyond rhetoric about bargaining and to actually address the fundamental issues separating the parties. To date, the administration has put forward 4 claims to justify their obstinacy concerning the faculty's pay parity proposals.

9 am-11 am for breakfast treats with coffee, tea, and other assorted beverages.

3 pm-5 pm for cake and punch, and other assorted beverages. 

Two times during the day to accommodate busy student schedules. Stop by for a few minutes, or more if you have time, and tour the new All Gender Restroom near the LGBT Resource Room. There are also 4 new All Gender restrooms near the Health Center waiting room.

Ithaca College is in contract negotiations with two bargaining units represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) one for part-time, per course faculty and the other for full-time contingent faculty who have year-to-year contracts.

IC International Club will be having its annual Interfashional Night on Friday, February 24th at 7:30 p.m. in Emerson Suites

This event is our annual fashion show showcasing clothing from all around the world. International AND American students get the chance to walk the runway wearing traditional clothing from all around the world. We will also have live entertainment, and refreshments will be served outside of Emerson Suites!

This is our biggest event of the semester that you DON'T want to miss. Mark your calendars!
