In January 2017, National Geographic published a special issue on gender, featuring photos, text, and graphics related to gender expressions around the world. This was to be followed by a TV special in February - Gender Revolution: A Journey with Katie Couric. IC has acquired the documentary for a special community screening of this program, to be held on February 8th, in Textor 101, from 7-9 pm. A discussion will follow the 90-minute screening and be led by Carla Golden, Coordinator of Women’s and Gender Studies and Luca Maurer, Program Director of the LGBT Center.
