A presentation about the content of “Plan Colombia for Central America”/ the Alliance for Prosperity. As a reaction to the unprecedented number of children who arrived in the US in the summer of 2014, Vice-President Biden proposed a new “Plan Colombia for Central America” in order to stop the flow of migrants from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
