Mac N Cheese bowled over - $612.38 in donations raised!Contributed by Rebecca Sexton on 03/22/16 Ithaca Dining would like to thank the IC Community for generously donating at retail locations across campus, helping to support the FoodNet’s Meals on Wheels program serving Tompkins County. IC Dining’s donation drive and pop-up Mac ‘n Cheese Kiosk in IC Square dished out Smokin’ Good Gouda Mac ‘n Cheese samples in return for donations. Our donation drive preceded the 3rd annual Mac ‘n Cheese Bowl held at Ithaca High School on March 12th. Steve Griffin, Executive Director of Foodnet Meals on Wheels had this to say: “Meals on Wheels is often the first service a person is willing to accept in their home, and opens the door to other supports that help keep people independent. We are grateful to Ithaca Dining Services and the IC Campus Community for your care and concern for our most vulnerable elderly, as shown by the Mac 'n Cheese fundraiser held on campus in conjunction with Foodnet Meals on Wheels 3rd annual Mac 'n Cheese Bowl. Your gifts, good will and encouragement strengthen Foodnet's outreach and services." Read more . . . (13 words) Having trouble remembering class material?
