City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization located in 21 cities in the U.S.  15 Ithaca College alumni from the Class of 2013 currently work with City Year! 

City Year unites young people of all backgrounds & majors for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation.  As an Americorps program, Corp Members receive living stipends, health care and additional benefits.

When you begin planning your budget for 2014-2015 keep the following in mind.

If the rate case is approved, the postage increases that will take effect on January 26, 2014 will increase non-profit letter rates 5.9%, non-profit flat sized mail 9.7% and first class presorted mailings will increase 7.4% .   I would expect that there will be another increase in January 2015.

Anthropology majors will present on fieldwork and study abroad experiences in South Africa (SIT),  Ireland (IES) and China (SIT). Students will also present their summer fieldwork and research on forensic anthropology in Washington, D.C. , and archaeological excavations in the Cayuga Lake region.
