They focused on the use of VoiceThread technologies to facilitate students' language and literacy development in English and have engaged in teacher inquiry collaborations for three years. Their work was supported, in part, by a Clynes Collaboration Grant. Demonstration of New Turning Technologies Clickers - May 15Contributed by Marilyn Dispensa on 05/02/12 Turning Technologies NXT clickers have been selected to replace the current eInstruction PRS clickers starting for Fall 2012. Representatives from Turning Technologies will be on campus on May 15 for three live demonstrations of the latest software and features All faculty who have used clickers in the past or want to learn more are encouraged to attend. There will be three sessions all in the Cayuga Lake Room of the Campus Center on May 15, 2012. Both teams fought hard in sectionals in the beginning of April in order to advance to regionals. We are now in the planning stages of what is shaping up to be an exciting full year of co-curricular activities. The first set of activities includes small group student discussions, which will take place just before classes start on the morning of August 28th during the annual Fall Welcome for First Year Students.
