Larry was an inspiring leader and astute manager to Ithaca College. In his memory, the Metzger family has established a Memorial Scholarship at Ithaca College, as well as a research fund in the Biology Department.

Rhoda Meador, PhD., recently appointed Director of the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute, will be the Institute’s Fall 2011 Distinguished Speaker on Thursday, November 3. The talk, “Reframing Aging: Older People as Community Assets,” will begin at 7:00 p.m. in Emerson Suites, Phillips Hall.
