Ithaca College was recently recognized by the Institute of International Education as a “Leading Institution for Study Abroad” for Master’s Level Institutions in the category of “Mid-Length Study Abroad” experiences. IC is identified as number four in the nation for institutions of this type and in this category, reflecting only those study abroad experiences that result in academic credit.

The team at the Office of International Programs and Extended Studies, led by Assistant Provost Dr. Tanya Saunders, is due credit and congratulations for their diligent efforts to make study abroad experiences accessible to IC students and to support them before, during, and after their study. Please extend thanks to Dr. Saunders, Rachel Gould, Diana Dimitrova, Mimi Wright, and Martha Van de Wall not only for the variety of ways they help students’ dreams of experiencing international programs become reality but also for their support of our international student population here at IC.
