Christianne Enos ’10 and Joann DeLanoy ’10 Awarded AWNY ScholarshipsContributed by Melissa Gattine on 11/12/10 Christianne Enos ’10 and Joann DeLanoy ’10 recently received Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) Scholarship Awards. Christianne is majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications with minors in Psychology and Sociology. She has completed internships at TBWAChiatDay in Los Angeles, and, most recently, at IBM in Armonk, NY. Her internship at IMB was awarded to Christianne through the AAF Stickell Internship Program, which designated her as one of the top 15 AAF students in the United States. Joann is an Integrated Marketing Communications major with a minor in International Communications. She has served as a marketing intern at Ashworth Creative in Poughkeepsie, NY, and as a digital intern at Beyond Consultancy in London, UK. Both students are actively involved with the American Advertising Federation (AAF) chapter on campus. Read more . . . Multiple Computing Systems Down for 24 Hours, 11/19-11/22Contributed by Karen Compton on 11/12/10 Homer, Blackboard, Nova, Pulsar, Memphis and ACE/ARGUS will be unavailable for a 24-hour period over the weekend of 11/19-11/22. The downtime is necessary in order for the storage area network (SAN) disks, which are used to store data and other files, to be upgraded.
