 Stephen Sweet (Associate Professor of Sociology) will direct the Sloan Early Career Work-Family Scholars program for 2010-2014.  His work will involve developing supports designed to help launch the careers of two cohorts of recent doctoral recipients (30 in total) whose dissertations focus on work-family concerns.

This scholarship is for a student who has studied in a Jewish day school for a minimum of four years and a maximum of 12 years, and who has demonstrated financial need.

The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival invites faculty interested in exploring sustainability to teach a 1 credit hour block II mini course. Faculty will receive a $1300 overload stipend. This year the Festival’s programming stream will be based on the concept of ‘checkpoints.’
