Mail Services has recently completed an upgrade to the software utilized in tracking packages. With this upgrade a change in the e-mail notification message has been made.

If you receive an e-mail notification stating that a package is being held in Phillips Hall, this refers to the College’s postal contract station located next to Mac’s. (Prior to this software upgrade the e-mail notifications referred to this location as the Union Post Office.)

If the e-mail notification states the package is being held in the Mail Center, then your package can be picked up at the General Services/Public Safety Building.
