(68 words) The Longview-Ithaca College Shuttle is Back in Service with a Revised ScheduleContributed by Christine Pogorzala on 09/18/16 The Longview-Ithaca College shuttle is back in service, but will be using a gray minivan in place of the Longview van for the beginning of the week of September 19th. There have also been some changes to the Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule that go into effect on Monday, 9/19/16. Copies of the schedule will be available Monday on the rack outside of the Gerontology Institute on the second floor of Job Hall. Anyone interested in receiving an electronic copy of the revised schedule can contact Christine Pogorzala at pogorzal@ithaca.edu or 607.274.1051. (93 words) LOCATION CHANGE: Founder's Day Concert Moved to Ford Hall on IC's CampusContributed by Chris Pollock on 09/16/16 The 2016 Founder's Day Concert, originally scheduled to be held in DeWitt Park in downtown Ithaca, has been moved due to the severe thunderstorms predicted for Sunday afternoon. The concert will now take place at Ford Hall, located in the James J. Whalen Center for Music at Ithaca College. We recommend that visitors park in the J lot near the West Tower, and use the Baker Walkway to access the Whalen Center for Music. Read more . . . (35 words) Voice Mail System Outage, Thursday, September 22, 5:30-6:30 AMContributed by Karen Compton on 09/16/16 On Thursday, September 22nd between 5:30-6:30 AM there will be an outage of the campus voice mail system due to maintenance. This will not impact telephone dial tone or general telephone use. The campus Emergency Notification System will continue to function during the voice mail maintenance. Any callers who would reach the voice mail system during this period will receive a recording stating maintenance is ongoing and to call back after 6:30 AM.
