 Join us on Friday, April 22nd from 8-11pm in IC Square to dance out all your end-of-semester stress! Watch performances by various Ithaca College dance clubs, enjoy free food, win prizes, make DIY's and dance of course!

In 2015, he was a finalist for a Religion Newswriters Association award.

In student organizations, officers and members come and go, but this session will teach you how to deal with those inevitable transitions. You will learn the steps for successful transitions from student leaders on a panel. You will also have the chance to share experiences with transition that you may have had.

Fractionation (the opposite of escalation) is a process by which big conflicts are broken down into little conflicts, where they can be more easily understood and resolved.  We’ll explore the way conflict manifests in three venues (intrapsychic, interpersonal and intergroup) but we’ll focus on interpersonal aspects.

 Dr. Andrés Ríos Molina, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, will present "The General Insane Asylum La Castañeda: Its History in Images" on April 11 at 2pm in Friends 203. The talk is based on nearly a decade of research in the medical archives of this now-closed psychiatric hospital and focuses on how visual representations of patients and hospitals can be correlated to statistical and clinical data.

Free pancakes. Need we say more? Maple syrup, a delicious liquid we no doubt all enjoy, is produced yearly on Ithaca College land. South Hill Forest Products, a business run by students in an Environmental Studies class makes syrup every spring semester.

  Raza Rumi (Scholar in residence, Honors Program) recently published a blog entitled ' Media in the Cross Hairs: Militants Continue to Target Journalists in Pakistan' for The Center for International Media Assistance, Washington D.C. Despite the commitments of the Pakistan government to protect journalists, media freedoms remain endangered in the country. Pakistani journalists continue to struggle with the threats posed by violent extremists who consider media to be a legitimate target.
